Nose Surgery   (Rhinoplasty)

Reshaping of the nose either through reduction or augmentation. Teenagers are best treated after growth spurt. (girls 14-15 years old ; boys 15-16 years old) This can include change in the overall size of the nose or  the bridge of the nose , change in shape and size of the alae , the tip and/or the nostrils. Usually done under local Anesthesia.

Face Lift

Corrects the signs of aging on the face by restoring a youthful look to the face. The procedure removes excess fat and skin, as well as tightens the underlying fascia and muscles. It can be combined with a forehead lift, eyebrow lift, etc. This is usually an out-patient procedure and most are done under local anesthesia. A forehead lift erases forehead furrows, frown lines as well as drooping eyebrows for a more youthful and alert look.

Face Implants

Placed to enhance facial contours. Example: to  reshape the  chin or  add fullness to cheek bones. Patient can be under local or general anesthesia.

  • Chin Implant: This is usually performed out-patient. Procedure is done to augment weak chin. Incision is usually made inside the mouth or on the  skin just under the chin area . Scar is usually not noticeable.

  • Cheek implant: This is usually done to augment deficient cheek or to create  bones or prominent cheek bones. The implants is inserted through insertion made on the inner portion of  the upper lip (for the chin implant) and on the inner portion of the lower lip( for the cheek the implant).

  • Lip augmentation: This is done to attain a voluptuous "fuller"  lip by inserting lip implant or by fat injection or collagen injection.

Eyelid Surgery    (Blepharoplasty)

Excess fat and skin is removed to give  a deeper fold to the upper eyelid, new upper eyelid folds may also be created for oriental eyes. Lower eyelid surgery may also be done to correct sagging eye bags. This results in younger looking eyelids. This  is done  as an  out-patient procedure  , under general or local anesthesia.

Ear Surgery   (Otoplasty)

This is usually done to set the protruding ears back closer to the head or to alter the size of the ears. Done as an out-patient procedure , this can be done under local anesthesia in the adult age group, or under general anesthesia in children . Incision scars are usually well hidden behind the ear. The ear cartilages are stitched closer to underlying tissue resulting in a less prominent profile.
